The first season of Japan Table Tennis League was held in Toyota from 19th June to 23rd, with a total 4 titles, men’s/women’s team cup division 1 and 2 competed with in total 33 teams. This time, every match became higer level becausu YOSHIMURA Kazuhiro (TOKYO ART), TAZOE Kenta (NIPPON STEEL BLAZERS), and NOMURA Moe (DENSO) , who were active in T-league in the last season, newly participated in the league.

The title of men’s division 1 was won by TOKYO ART for the first time in 4 seasons, and they have got the 24th title. Though YOSHIMURA Kazuhiro was not in good condition, he won 7 matches including both of singles and doubles matches and contributed to the victory. MIUCHI Kentaro (CITIZEN) made a record of 50 victories in his personal production, and CITIZEN’s record was 5wins, 2defeats ranked runner-up. You can find how hard to win a match in Japan table tennis league, because TAZOE Kenta ended up in 2wins and 4defeats.

In division 2, CLOVER DENTISTRY KUSPITZ secured the title with 7wins and 1defeat, and will play in division in 1 in next season. The rookie MATSUSHITA TAISEI (CLOVER DENTISTRY KUSPITZ) was active in both of singles and doubles matches.

In division 1, JURKU BANK showed great comeback to win their 5th title at the last match. ANDO Minami (JUROKU BANK) beat the Big Tournament champion SO Eka (ENERGIA) and won 5 matches, contributing to victory. DENSO brought a dazzling victory by defeating ENERGIA, the champion of last year. Especially, NOMURA Moe, who defeated SO Eka at the last match, won the Rookie of the league award.

In division 2, EXEDY won the title, and will play in division 1 in next season. WEN Xin (EXEDY) win the all matches she took part, and won the MVP.
